Missed Out 4566TSW

I saw what I can only assume is a pretty rare 4566TSW on GB this weekend.

Integrated rail, no PD markings, BDX serial number, bobbed hammer.

It ended up going for $600 and I really thought about taking a stab at it, but passed.

Does anyone know the back story on those? It seems like the only integrated rail 45s were WVSP and FSD.

Matched slide/frame, frame accepts rail, safety trigger 2002 only
Integral rail (BDX5268, BDX5270, BEM0169, FSD0006-0316 observed) 2007? vintage
Integral rail, black melonite finish (observed UCK5824-7691 and UCU8681-8853), most WVSP & WV Public Service Commission

FSD prefix may give you a clue, but BDX, BEM unknown
