Model 10-10 date please...

I just picked up a model 10-10 with a 4 inch heavy barrel. It is nickel, I think. Very shiny with duller finish along the top of the barrel and frame. The serial number is BBM 15xx. 826 is stamped inside the yoke. I would appreciare any help determining it's age. I gave 325.00 for it. How much money did I waste??

thank you very much. I appreciate your reply. I bought it mostly because I also have a 10-5 in nickel with a 2" barrel and I thought they would look nice together.
