That serial # doesn't look right. Look on the butt. There should be one or more letters and at least one more number.
Should have a "C" or "K" prefix.

Thx. I took the number off the inside of the yoke. I'll check the number on the butt.
Actually K prefix only for adjustable sighted guns. A 10-6 will have a C or D prefix
