Model 10s-$140 4"

It actually came in this morning. I will try to post a pic tonight. It looks like the ones on the Saiga-12 forum. Blue wear along both sides of the barrel and some blue loss on the cylinder. One has a little pitting on the opposite sides of the cylinder from riding in a holster.

I wanted to add a kudos to the USPS. They shipped Saturday from Seattle, WA and arrived Monday in Dothan, AL. That PDQ for the gubment.

As promised....

It is actually pretty tight. Just Ugly. I'm gonna try to clean it up. I've got some oxpho blue I'll try to make it look a little better. This one has some pitting on the cylinder where it sat in the holster.

I don't think it looks to bad for $140. It should make a good shooter at least.

snakeman

thats what I am looking for. a ruffy looker but a shooter. Still waiting on additional contact. He has the FFL info and I sent a MO last week. should arrive no later than tomorrow.

35 REM, I like!

The other looked a little better. No pits, at least. Like I said looks tight enough. I will play with the finish and some oxpho blue before deciding to send it back home for a refresh.
If it's a real shooter that will help in the decision process.

Now if i can just find some ammo...

I just got off the phone with Jeremy. He called to let me know mine would ship tomorrow, but he's out of wood grips, so I guess I get the Goodyears. That's good with me though. I just asked him to try to find me one with a minimum of pitting. Just to let you guys know, he also told me he had a limited amount of Model 15s as well; think he said for $205.00. He also stated that he had some more select Model 15s for around $235.00. I wished I would have known that; I'd have stepped up for one of those $205.00 guns. That's ok though, this Model 10 will be a damn sight better to tote in the car than my other Smiths.

Man, it's like going to the snack counter at the movies! For just....you can get this....
Glad I didn't know about the upgrades!

Thank you S&W forum!!

By the way...let me know if you want me to post in another section.

Just wanted to say welcome to the Forum. I think you'll find that this is a great bunch of people here, and if you hang around enough, you'll find that they are like family that you've never actually met. Thanks for having Jeremy get back to me today on my Model 10, and I look forward to receiving it soon.

John and Jeromy -
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you guys. As busy as you all must have been, Jeremy was very nice and very helpful on the phone. I received my gun on Monday (how it made it the whole way across the country when it was mailed on Saturday, I'll never know) and it was better than I expected.
Thanks again guys, and I hope to deal with you again.

John:
Thanks for your cheerful attitude. I sent you my order, money & FFL yesterday. Hope to see the critter soon.

Hang in there!

Hey guys,
anyone waiting for a phone call, just hang in there.

Jeromy will be returning more calls tomorrow afternoon,
and I will post some pics for everyone.

Thanks for your patience
John

This is a great opportunity to gather in some useful Smith & Wesson revolvers. Thanks for providing them.

Handled my 10 today at my FFLs'.Very solid and clean with
holster wear at both sides of the muzzel.
Wood grips are typical for lots of real world seasoning.
Both are whole with the right grip evenly smashed and the
left with a worn rub line about 1/2" wide across the top.

Really,I am super pleased.

Thank You both for a great deal and your hard work getting them to us.May you sell many many more.

;)

smiths

Its been fun getting to handle all these. You just have to imagine...if these guns could talk. I'd crack a fresh bottle of Jack and get comfortable.
There have been so many I wanted to keep, but how many .38's do you need?

Glad to hear you are happy!

I would also like to say that obviously with the volume of guns we have had,we cant test fire every pistol. We function test, and make sure they lock up.
If you receive a gun that does not function for some reason, contact us and we will replace the gun or refund your money.

Thanks
John
