While at my local pawn shop I spotted a 27-2 in the glass case. I didn't have the owner pull it out for inspection but it appears ANIB. It has a 6" barrel and blue that is absolutely spotless. I couldn't even see a turn line on the cylinder. The blue box that it was resting on also appeared new. Assuming it is ANIB, that the grips number to the gun and the box has all its papers and tools, what would this package be worth? He's asking $899. Thanks

Oh, I'd already have that one in my greedy little hands!
Of course, depending on condition, I might even go more than asking if I had to. S'matter of fact, I have a 27-2 4" coming to me soon, along with an 18-4. I'll post pics as soon as I have them.
I love the P&R N Frames.

One more vote for that's a reasonable price for that package as described.

I would check it over carefully for any indication that it has been refinished. If not, I would be a buyer, even without the box & tools.

Finding a like-new revolver of this quality is becoming a very rare occurrence (for me anyways).

While it hurts my OLD heart to say that $900 on a revolver that I used to buy new for less than $300 is a good deal................it's a good deal.
f.t.

p.s. Being that it's at a pawn shop,I would be extremely surprised if they would not accept a lesser amount. Personally,I've NEVER paid the full price marked on a gun at one of those fine establishments.
