Model 29-5 44 Magnum II, VS Other 44 Mag 29-5 Mag II

I have a Smith & Wesson 44 Magnum II as stated on the box and stamped on the gun barrel Serial # SWN1042 one of 500 made.

Just saw one sell on Gunbroker advertised as a Smith & Wesson model 44 Magnum II. Looks like mine except it says Mag II on the box but not the barrel and the serial number isn't close. Serial BFF2308

It looks identical to mine but does not say Mag II on the barrel and the serial numbers are not even close. What gives?

Even though 1990 it is a full underlug with recessed chambers.

This 29-5 is a little earlier (based on prefix BER 23XX). It is #355 out of 500 and so marked. I got nothing with it but the gun Joe

Thanks for the feed back but that is not the 29-5 Mag II. I am talking full underlug, recessed chambers and Hoge rubber grips.
