Yes it certainly is! The cyl ring is not even thru the bluing yet. 1st thing I would do is check the cyl locking bolt with a 5 or 10 power glass. When you see what the surface probably looks like you may want to polish it. That's the 1st 5 minute task I do to any acquired revolver, new or used.
