Model 41 front sight

A member of the forum had some guns stolen. Some have been returned. His model 41 had the front sight seriously butchered. I told him I would look it over. It is not actually integral to the barrel. but the one on his the ramp sets on the serations and has a key that goes in a slot. I could not find a pin coming in from the side, but I carefully milled of base off and then cleaned out the slot pretty well. Before I go to the trouble of machining out a whole new ramp and blade to silver solder in, I thought I would ask if anyone knows where I can get one. Numerich does not show it as a separate part. It is actually similar to what is on, say a model 27 with a patridge sight except the ramp and blade are lower

Looked real hard by my milling machine and found one / Little bit of silver solder and its good to go.
