Anyone else have one?

I love mine. For a stainless steel gun (I'll always prefer the look of blued steel), I love it. Whenever I am wearing a coat or jacket, it's what I carry. All my carry guns have fixed sights (a guy by the name of Murphy likes to follow me around), so a 7 shot, fixed sight, L frame is just about my perfect handgun.( I don't get too worked up on the lock, I just ignore it)

However I've never personally met another person with one, and most of my friends, even the gun guys, have never even heard of it or know the lineage from the stainless M&P magnum (model 65). The 619 was only offered in the S&W catalogue for a couple years.

I figured someone here must have one. So if it's you, what are your thoughts on it.

I had one for a very brief time. It was the worst piece of feces I have ever had the displeasure of owning. No one that I let shoot it could produce a group with it. More like patterning a 12 gauge. I believe it was that abomination of a two-piece barrel that caused the problem. Trigger was terrible too. I was glad to get half of what I paid just to get rid of the thing.

Sorry I can't be more positive but I'm glad you like yours better than I liked mine.
