Hey guys have a question about a Model 64 I'm working on and I would like to put the older target hammer/trigger in case hardening on it. My question is will a model 10 parts work in this revolver? Thanks!

Probably, but the tapered barrel model 64 was only made for a few years and is not commonly seen for sale. Swapping parts will devalue it, in my opinion. If you want to dress it up, put a set of stag stocks on it.

I would leave it alone, personally I can't get into stag grips. I couldn't come to an agreement on a model 67 because it had expensive stag grips. I asked how much without the grips. Just sell it bare.
I have a 64-5 and I'm leaving it as is especially since it's a DAO bobbed hammer LE trade in

Yes with the proviso some fitting may be required and make sure you get the proper one for whatever dash model you have. Also note that hammers are fairly expensive. I wouldn't do it myself because I think it would look out of place.

Another vote for leave it be. Joe

Had neck surgery performed after my spinal column collapsed on the nerve (thank you Obama care) so my hands and fingers are numb and the bigger purchase is appreciated!

IMO Putting a wide target hammer / trigger on a tapered barrel 64 is like putting a set of 50's series drag slicks on a 71 VW Beetle...
but do what makes you happy.
