Isn't "moderate Taliban" an oxymoron kinda like "military intelligence"? (No offense to any of you military guys; you know what I mean).

Intel should trace every one of those calls and do some unfriendly door knocking.

And the village elders want to collect their dead? How did they know the dead were from their village? I thought the usual story is that the Taliban are interlopers cowing the locals.
