Mom is with my Dad tonight

They are together again.
No more pain, no more doctors, no more missing each other.
Tonight they are reunited.
Rejoice for them, rather than shedding tears for your loss.

95 years on this earth. Wow, that's another 32 years 'down the road' for me. And I really hope I can make it that far (and further). My mom died January 2000 at 77 (she was very sick for a number of years), my dad in 2008 at 89. Had they lived longer, my mom would have seen her first grandson getting married, and both of them would have seen their first great grandson born.

The Torch is passed to our generation now.
 
Remember all the good times.

Think of the reunion of your mother and father when they were reunited again, what an incredibly happy experience that must have been!!!

Also take comfort that you can one day be reunited with them, NEVER to be separated again!!

What joy that shall be!
 
Sorry for your loss. My Mom and Dad are both gone and I miss them every day. I live in the house that both of them spent their last years so I see constant reminders of them each day.
 
Sorry for your loss but we will see them all again.

All my family elders are gone. One by one they have passed on. Now the younger generations in our families need our wisdom. Which we can only offer our guidance and we hope they can use it someday. Over night we become the old timers. I got old so fast.

After my bout with prostate cancer I can't change the past but I can change the future. I figure another illness will get me besides cancer. I extended my date with Destiny. I hope it's a good thing for I have so many great things to do yet.

Respect and love each other in the world today. That's what the world needs.

I'm sorry for your loss. My mom left a few years ago. She would have been 80 the 22nd of this month.
 
Good Lord bless you Bullseye, my Mom took leave three years ago, and I do still miss her. I've learned to turn my mind to the great things she did and good times we had. Nowdays I'm very seldom sad about it, ( though it took a while) and feel grateful for being no burden to her in her later life, and to be able to live in such a way as to carry out her wishes for me and her family.
 
Bullseye, my prayer go out to you and your family. I know how it feels, I lost both my parents 7 years ago, 9 weeks aparts.
As believers, this will be just a short seperation for us. That does not mean we will not miss them. I still have times I want to talk with my Dad so bad I can not stand it and to hear my Mom call my name.
