I made my weekly trip to the range this morning and there was another member with a new 15-22. He saw mine last week and liked it enough to pick one up this past week. He put over 100 rounds of CCI mini mags through it with maybe 2-3 fail to feeds. He was enjoying it.

Another Sunday morning regular has one on order also. This makes at least 7 club members with 15-22's. At least one has been returned twice for sight alignment issues. This is not an issue I have seen raised on the forum yet.

The 7 are a mix of iron sights, red dots with and without multiplyers, scopes, and EOTech style reflex optics.

Mine is now outfitted with a Primary Arms M3 clone with their 3X multiplyer and a CCA bi-pod. The combination works well for me and I have had no reason to complain about my 15-22 or chosen accessories to date. I am considering replacing the stock iron sights with Magpul flip up ones so the rear sight will clear the 3X when it is aligned with the red dot. My 3X also has a flip to the side mount.

S&W should send you a commission for your sales / referrals on the 15-22s. :D

I love hearing about happy M&P15-22 owners. Two friends that shot mine went out and bought M&Ps and to date no one has had the slightest problems with them. I'm so happy with my first one I just bought another with the factory installed flash hider. Great rifles IMHO.

Yup. I've put probably around 1000 rounds through my gun as of today and I've only had one or two FTEs. Other than that, absolutely no problems. I love it!

mine was screwy right out the box, and had to send it back, this was in September, but since its return, ive put about 800 rounds, give or take, and been nothing but fun. Love mine aswell.

After having good luck at the range with my GenII 15-22, several of my friends had to have one of their own. The local gun store had seven in stock yesterday so we all walked in and they purchased four of them :D.
The guy behind the counter was like  , and I told him I should get a commission, so he threw in a few boxes of ammo. We left there and went to the range and there were only a couple FTL's in two of the rifles after several hundred rounds.
We were making bets whose extractor would blow first, but it didn't happen. I honestly think s&w has the kinks worked out with these rifles.
I know there are several people out there who have had to send their guns back to s&w, but if you think about the number of these rifles out there compared to the number having problems, I'm sure it's a very small percentage.
