Mountain Lion hit by car in Conn was from SD

The DNR in Iowa always insists the are no mountain lions here......it's just hysterical people seeing a bobcat or whatever. However, a couple years ago a deer hunter shot one out of a tree. Even the DNR had to agree on that one.

Now how did the mountain lion cross the Missouri River (SD), Mississippi River (MN) and St Croix River (MN / Wisconsin) border?

He probably had a ferry pass.
