Movies you like but are embarassed to admit

One of my long time guilty pleasures is Streets of Fire. Corny, but you gotta love the sledge hammer fight w-Michael Pare/William Defoe. Oh, and looking at Diane Lane in her early 20's doesn't hurt either!

Bass, I really like the Saw movies too. They really come up with some nasty killin devices.

Steel Magnolia's. I can't believe nobody admitted to liking this one. Shirley McClain is a riot in the movie.

Another chick flick my wife made me watch that I love is Fried Green Tomatoes.

Bronco Billy
It has a good message for all ages.
When I was a kid I thought the failed train robbery scene was hilarious. Now it just makes me sad...

I gotta admit that I do enjoy that one as well.

The "SAW" movies are awesome. Descent acting, some great innovations and a reasonable plot. Hey, I said "reasonable". My daughter, who introduced me to these, and I, are a sight to behold: Sitting on the sofa, each with a pillow over our head and eating popcorn.

My wife says we both need mental help.

I like this one!
Pretty corny, but has some funny parts. The scenes with Roy and the phsichiatrist are great... "I think about my guns a lot."

Lake Placid - it's goofy but has some really funny dialog, Oliver Platt and Betty White are hilarious.

Snow Day. It's a Nickleodean movie that follows a bunch of kids who are off from school because of heavy snow. Growing up in upstate NY, it took me back.

I will go ahead and admit that I liked "Mama Mia."

Pierce Brosnan singing ABBA songs is about as corny as it gets, but I loved it.

...not a movie...a cable tv show...Shaun the Sheep...my wife and I watch it like a couple of kids...those sheep crack me up....

I watch the Shaun the Sheep with my son. That is pretty good. Imagination Mover fan as well.

Another one of mine is Death Wish III.

I swear that despite growing up in the 60's, I never used the term "Dude" til after seeing this movie. It was the Inspector's heavy use of the word in this movie that got me started.

The Wildey definately co-starred in this one.
