Moving rimfire to centerfire question

Have an empty donor M18 rimfire k-frame want use for centerfire. Does anyone know what the holes center to center distance would be and size? Meaning distance from the center of the rimfire hole to where to drill for a new centerfire hole? AND is it best done with at bushing guide on the barrel side or do the drilling where the hammer falls?

I don't want you to feel insulted, but the mere fact you have to ask this question indicates you do not have the requisite skills to do the work. This is not so simple as you seem to think it will be.

Just didn't want to in utilizing my M-53 risk scratching it to come up with the exact info. Would agree though that if you don't have the skills to take on modifications shouldn't. The Custom revolvers I've built so far each procedure is 100% gone over before I proceed in my shop.
