IMO the best for AIWB is a kydex holster. That's how I carry mine on a Tulster kydex holster 15deg cant, sometime I switch to 4 o cloc.

There are many good AIWB holsters out there. Here's the one I use with dual straps and the optional foam wedge mounted on the back to keep the grip pressed in, and it helps with comfort at the bottom of the holster.
AIWB Holster: JM Custom Kydex

I prefer a 0 degree cant for AIWB. I also prefer not to have wide spread back-side attachment points. My Shield disappears in it. I also have a spare mag carrier from him. Good products.

Thanks for the recommendation, all looked nice, i liked the ROnin one a lot, never used their holsters or that webpage, anyone know that brand?

Hi Daagak,

I use a Blade Tech Klipt AIWB holster. I really like mine. However, it is right hand only.

Hope this helped, :-)

Ditto, on Klipt. I used one during a CCW course a few weeks ago. Positive retention even while running, doing calisthenics and dynamic parts of the course.

What type of pants do you wear? If you wear pants with belt loops, then I would look at N82 Pro. It is a very comfortable holster. If you like to wear sweat pants or pants without belt loops, then I would recommend a belly band of some type. If you are a man, the husband has been enjoying the belly band by crossbreed. If you are a woman, then I can recommend CanCan holsters, it is one I use. An advantage to a belly band is that it prints less than traditional clip on holsters and when you need to visit the water closet, you don't have to worry about where to put your gun, while you go. Ramora's are good, I have had a few of them. However, I can't wear a Ramora more than a time or two, before I break out. My skin does not like it! My skin also reacts to the CanCan, but not nearly as badly as it did with the Ramora. The CanCan is also easier to wash and dry than the Ramora, IMO.

I have a drawer full of holsters but my go to holster is a tulster holster.
Check em out here
