One evening I was sitting on my front porch drinking a cold one when all of a sudden an alien space craft landed on my front lawn. Out jumps 4 aliens, " I think they were illegals", and they held a ray gun on me and demanded all of my guns and ammo. They also took the last PBR I had!!
How have any of you lost all of your guns?

still have mine locked snugly away ,filled the safe with expanding foam for extra buoyancy, seems more necessary than fire protection from what ive heard...:)

Where'd you get a Patrol Boat, River? :)

At one point all of my guns were in very capable, mentally sound and experienced hands (mine). But as instructed by our governor, I sold them all out-of-state. I didn't catch the guy's name because his English was a bit broken. I'm just sorry I didn't have that shoulder-fired missile launcher he was looking for.

He seemed like a nice guy though. He said he had the most honorable intentions. Or it least I think he said something about honor.

Anyway, I'm sure the world is a much safer place now that they are no longer in my possession. Anything to make things better for everyone.

The same story I told the insurance adjuster; there was a rare sudden volcanic eruption in the corner of my basement under my gun safe and reloading bench. The floor opened up and out came a flow of lava and melted the safe and burned the reloading bench and all the powder and bullets and dies, everything, gone.

That's my story and I am sticking to it. The boating accident sounds a little fishy.

The guns are a shame but to lose your PBR. That's the last straw! Those were really bad aliens.

As an aside maybe we need to explain that in this case PBR is not a patrol boat?

I was contacted by the state and asked to account for the guns I owned, one problem... I have never purchased a firearm in my life.
Apparently someone who has a copy of my Driver Permit and looks somewhat like me and also knows my SS# has accumulated a hoard of firearms using my name. Clearly a case of identity theft.

Why I am a peace loving liberal Democrat from a true blue state, this must be why I have been receiving all of those gun related emails and magazines.

Was having my collection appraised by an overseas expert
in Japan who is very knowledgeable in the field of S&W revolvers.
Rented a large shipping container sent on one of those large
overseas transport ships. Just as the ship was over the
Mariana Trench just east of Guam a Cyclone shook the container
loose from it's holding and it went over board.
Since it is almost 7 miles deep there i have no hopes of ever
seeing my gun collection again.
I have since swore off all guns and now collect Hot Wheels.
Much safer so i doubt the Feds will be visiting me.

Chuck
