But nobody fired after the worst security failure in decades. I guess that responsibility and accountability are a thing of the past.
First off, the investigation into this is still ongoing. They are nowhere near the stage where somebody would be fired, if that is called for.
Secondly, federal personnel rules are very strict when it comes to privacy. If and when somebody is disciplined for this incident, we might not even know about it. If we do learn that some disciplinary action has been taken, we probably won't get any specifics.
