I bought this album in the spring of 76. I had let it fall by the wayside.

This spring I saw a dark blue truck covered in pollen and this album came flying back to me. Seems I had a dark blue 71 Impala covered in pollen when I bought Black And Blue. It amazes me, what triggers memories.

I appreciate much of the albums content today that seemed more like filler at the time. Really a better album than I had given them credit for at the time.

I've listen several times lately, and kinda consider it a guilty pleasure.
