Hi everyone.Just got my CS9 back from the Smith and Wesson Armorers yesterday. The total cost wasn't far off from the 140 originally quoted. The total with return shipping to my door was 161.50 so in retrospect the quote just didn't include return shipping charge.I put 50 rounds of varying 9mm ammunition thru it and I am very pleased with the final result. The trigger pull is actually shorter and quite smoother than the previous double action pull and is also very consistent between rounds. It is a arrangement that I am more comfortable with having the consistency and controllability similar to my revolvers and elliminating a potential problem I had with holstering my gun in single action ready to rock and roll in concealed carry mode.Another observation of note is that the hammer always appears slightly cocked even without a round chambered, hence the shorter trigger pull.If DAO is what you are looking for I would enthusiastically endorse it being done by the Smith and Wesson armorers.BTW full pictures will follow when my wife and "Photo Director" gets the time to download them............God Bless..........Mike
