This is the only Model 18 that I own. 1974 no dash. It's a lot of fun to shoot, and oh so accurate.

Sold the last of my 18's off many years back. One of the few collection cleanings that I still regret.

With a long barrel like that can it really be an 18? Or is it a 17?

My Pre-18 is from Feb 53, hardly pristine, but a great shooter.



But, I do prefer shooting the Jan 53 Pre 17. It has the smoothest action of all my 22's.


I don't have a pic handy of the 17-4, but the 617-6 shoots on equal footing with it.
