My first M&P

I finally made a down payment at the local store to try to have an M&P40PRO 5" ordered

They have no idea how long it might take their distributors to actually get one. I'm not normally this patient haha

So it might take awhile for the local shop to actually get the 40 Pro. I'll still be waiting for them to find one, but in the mean time I picked up a M&P 45. I can't wait for it to stop raining to try it out

Check Budspolicesupply and get on their email list if the one you want isn't in stock.

I think the Pro sells for $475 with night sights or fiber optics, and the 45 sells for $442.

So the Pro is $20 more than the standard M&P.

Thanks for the advice. I might cancel my deposit and go that route for the .40 pro if they can't get it by October.

I did get the FS .45 at a local store and love it. From most of the reviews on the M&P triggers I was expecting to order an Apex in the near future, but the stock one feels smooth as it is. Either I got lucky or I'm just ignorant of what could be better. Sometimes ignorance is bliss!
