Yesterday I was lucky enough to purchase my friends last N frame. We met recently as I purchased two other revolvers from him(a '33 outdoorsman and a pre model 24 from 1955) both in very good condition but I purchased those through our local shop as he had them on consignment. After asking if I could contact him so I could get some history on the guns I had purchased and he excepted, we have become very good friends. Greg is probably a little bit older than my dad and I'm 54 but we have struck up quite a friendship and have found out we have a lot in common including both being firefighters. I guess my point for this ramble is that there is a lot more to this hobby than just the guns. The third and last gun he had sold to me privately. It's a 1917 Brazilian contact and not nearly in the condition as the other two but I had to have it as I felt all three should remain together. After giving her a good cleaning I like it just as much as the others.
