I'm a new guy to this forum, usually lurking in the background, but recently (last night) I purchased a Model 15-4 Combat Masterpiece, and like a new father, I'm busting out with pride. This is my first Model 15, and I think I did pretty good, considering I paid $450.00 for it. From the serial number it appears to have a d.o.b. of 1980. It came with the original box & paper work.
Just brought it back from the range and my first 50 rounds through it. Like so many say about their Model 15's, it does shoot better than me. The guy I purchased it from told me that he probably put 18 rounds through it in the past 5 years, so now I know of a grand total of 68 rounds have been fired thought it; I really don't think many more really have!
Just wanted to share with a community of folks who appreciate a fine pistol!
