My New Family Member

Hi to all.
Today I have filled a very empty spot in my family.
I had a 686-6 post lock .357 magnum that I sold a few months ago. I just did not feel I could trust the internal lock, or at least that is how I felt.
Today I purchased a 686-4 pre lock .357 magnum. It has also has a very nice set of custom grips on it. It has a 4" barrel.
It is in excellent shape. I can foresee a lot of good times at the range with it.

The custom grips look interesting, too. How do they feel? Any idea who made them?

I am not sure who made the grips but for some reason I am thinking Hogue.
This particular 686-4 has the round instead of square butt on the grips.
The grips on here are round butt conversion with finger grooves. It also has checkering on the panels.

I just found out that the grips are Eagle grips.
This particular grip is the Combat series and are rosewood.
