My "New" Model 13-2

Model 13’s in 3” barrel are going insane to be sure. Real guns are blue I will only as a last resort purchase stainless. ANY 3” K frame goes for crazy money these days. If I were to happen into a 3” 13 for that price I would certainly scoop it up.

I really think the factory needs to “get the memo” that 3” K frames are popular and do a big run of them.
Call it a retro combat or whatever, make a 3” fixed sight K with no lock and you will have a long list of buyers in line for that

And for the love of god make them blue, not that senseless soulless stainless

I have few S&W revolvers. Model 13-4 is only that I have bought new in middle of 1990's.
It coust 2400 FIM about 480 USD (In 2002 1* was about 5,95 FIM)

While I would not at all mind if the 13-1 I have was a three inch, I am not going to complain about it.

My 13 - 2 is a bull barrel 4" Heck I thought that was short when I bought it new around 1974. My gun of choice was the S & W 6.5" 44 mag but you couldn't find one. The Colt impossible as well to afford. Nobody was looking for a 3" in 357 or 44 mag back then. Why now?
