My NIB 1981 Model 60 SS Chief's Special

I just wanted to show off my treasure! A SS Model 60 from 1980-81 unfired and everything included as if I just brought it home the day it was stamped.

Traded a couple of guns for it and am very happy.

I was/am in the market for a 10-7 snubby but ended up with this beauty. Box, cleaning kit, papers, everything said 9.5/10.

The gentleman I traded with was happy with end of the deal and told me I needed to fire this baby. Been to long since it's seen the light of day. I'll be trying to get to the range later this week.

I just bought one of those myself in near new condition and same vintage. While I wasn't as fortunate to get a box with mine, I did get it at a great price. That was only because it was traded in at the gun store I work at part time.

Just missed one of those last week at a local gun store. I made the mistake of doing some shooting and then going back to get it and the new owner was paying for it at the counter when I came out. Boo hoo!
