Is that a laser light combination?
Got a holster for that or doesn't it go out at night 😊

yes the TLR6 is laser and light, you can select light only, laser only, or both. I have the Alien Gear, Cloak Tuck 3, and Cloak Mod for it. But there are some others, you just search Shield with TLR6 holster. I can't find a cheap Kydex, which I like to have for quick trips on and off...so I have word out to a couple manufacturers and trying to get an unfinished one and I will mold it around the light. I don't have the confidence to make one from scratch but I have modified them and it's not too hard.

Nice setup. Any way to get laser to come on when you draw out of the holster?

Not with the TLR6. Someone makes on that does, with a special holster, but what about if you didn't want it on? I believe the Crimson trace has a squeeze in the grip that turns it on. The TLR6 is $100 and is light and laser but you have to turn it on. The button is where I rest my finger before the trigger. I like The Tlr6 a lot, especially for the price.

I just installed the TruGlo TFX today. First trip to the range and about 200 rounds...I like these sights a lot. I've seen many posts about having more space on each side of the front blade, to align the sights easier, which always made sense to me and it's what I thought I might like also. But after installing these thye are the opposite for me...just a sliver of light on each side...for me they work great.

I used the Site-Tool universal sight pusher, and it worked very well, no damage at all. And a laser bore sight,to fine tune, and dead on at the range.

It's the Viridian Reactor 5 that turns on when drawn and turns off when holstered. It has a button on the LH side for "off", "solid green laser" and "flashing green laser" (<<saves battery life). I like them so much I have it on my Shield and Ruger LCP. Alien Gear and others make nice holsters for it.

That's a nice system, Just that it's laser only or light only? Or can it do both? I definitely like the green laser better than red.

I'm curious about the flat faced trigger you installed. Apex tactical website specifically states that the flat faced trigger DOES NOT work in ANY shield model. I'm curious as to how you made it work. Thanks.

On the Apex sight you go to the Shield page and the trigger is made for the Shield...different trigger than fr the full size.
