I don't know much about it. I saw it online from a gun store 30 miles away so I stopped after work and bought it. It was used new in box and I needed a brother to my 29-5. I learned about it from a post from 2011 that had some great info. I joined the forum after that

NICE revolver!
I lucked into a 624 last year. That has been on my bucket list for a long time.
Blue or stainless, you just gotta love a .44 Special revolver.

Missing from the photo is the 396 NG I just obtained last week. Need a 696 to complete my X96 family.

This was my truck carry until the 1911 fell out of the truck and got chewed up on the concrete. The N Frames replaced it! I carry the Halo V because I started wearing bibs and it fits in a pocket on my chest.
