If you look at the 28 second mark, you will see one of the protestors, with body armor and a semi-auto IN HIS HAND trying to thread his way to the front to confront/shoot the guy. I would prefer to be carrying a Bond Arms Derringer as back up, in the 9mm or .45acp flavor. You DON'T want to get nailed with that.

To judge fairly I would need to see what lead up to the .22 being pulled. The old guy could have yelled at them walking by for all I know. What the press reports doesn't pass for facts in my world.

That old guy, according to a person I work with that knows him, is a retired Sheriff. I'm sure he, along with every LEO, and the vast majority of the country is quite tired of this America dividing Marxist BLM BS. I know I am.

A .22 caliber round is light and high velocity, especially .22LR HP. They are know for ricocheting around in the body, especially the bones and doing considerable damage to the organs wherever it goes. They aren't know for exiting. Just ask any doctor or coroner with experience.

I hate cities, I spend as little time as I can in them. If I have to go there to shop or whatever I get it done quick and head back up into the mountains where I live in a tiny rural town. In this day and age I have zero desire to be around people.
