Saturday October 4, 2025 is our next meeting from 8am to 3pm. Admission is 5.00. Please bring a plate of food to share for maybe 10-15 people. We get a lot of "chips & pastries" which are "overwhelming" at times. Ask the wife for an idea on a plate of something being a main dish or side dish or finger foods. Please bring a friend to share the day with us.

SOMETHING NEW!!! If you can't for some reason bring some food to share, there will be a bowl to put 10.00 in on the table. At some point we will go to Chet's Chicken and get some fried chicken.

THE CLUB ADDRESS IS 5743 Bradley rd North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. North Olmsted Spokesman assn. for those with GPS.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Then read again. If you ever thought of attending please join us for a fun day enjoying what we collect and cherish. S&W heaven. Anyone from Ohio and neighboring states are welcome. BRING A FRIEND.

Directions, take the Stearns-Crocker exit off I-480 and go north. The first red light is Lorain rd, turn left. Go ABOUT a mile to Barton rd, turn right. The first stop sign is Bradley rd, turn right. The club is about 100 yards on the right. Tan building with a big gravel parking lot and a trap field.

Admission is 5.00 and Bring a "plate of food to share", enough for 10-15 people. Be creative so we eat good food like we always do. All the plates, bowls, napkins, toothpicks and plastic silverware will be provided. Full kitchen cooking facility is available, oven, griddle, microwave and stove. Bring a friend if he likes S&W's to share a ride. ***We need more main dishes and sides ***

Bring your ALL TIME FAVORITE S&W's to display even if we saw them. Guns, boxes and accessories can be brought to sell. There are 20 8 ft tables available, first come first serve. If needed, we can crunch together. ***BRING a COMFORTABLE lawn chair for sitting***, the club chairs are hard plastic.

Security, while *talking* or visiting watch what is going on, if someone picks something up make sure he doesn't walk out the door with it. Let me know and I will confront him. Nothing has been stolen in 14-15 years.

*Concealed carry* is allowed but KEEP the gun ***in its holster***. There is an unloading board on the wall if you need to unload it to show someone your gun. Don't unload by your table, ITS UNSAFE. CLUB RULE, SEE ME

HOTELS, at exit 6a & 6b off of I-480, there are a bunch of hotels. This is one exit from where we meet, not real far. There are plenty of restaurants here also. You will have to choose your own place, this is a *SAFE AREA* to stay.

Hope we get some new members, 2 months away but will go fast. If any questions ask them HERE so everyone can see the answer. Enjoy life till we meet and stay healthy.

Hope we have a big crowd and gourmet food. I believe we are around 14 years of meetings twice a year, Larry

For all the NE Ohio 'bunchers' that have seen this thread but have not posted OR issued a 'like', do a 'like' on Larry's post #1, that way we can find out who has not yet aware of the upcoming 'bunch' and those that at least has seen it. We need to find out who we'll need to send out PM notifications to. If the standard 'bulk e-mail notice' is not done, we'll have to start doing individual PM notices, which would occur about 4 weeks prior to the event. So post up or do a 'like'. I've got a list,so far, of 26 PMs to send out.

The e-mail event notices should be upcoming
To all NE Ohio 'bunchers' (past bunchers, current bunchers, future bunchers), if you see/visited this thread and have NOT received the e-mail notice about it, we need your e-mail address if you want to be on our list.
As bulk e-mails are sometimes sent to spam folder, check your spam folder.

PM me your forum username and current good e-mail address, would be nice/great if you included your 'first name' and state/city/area. Please DO NOT include street address/phone number as those are not necessary for updating our bunch e-mail list.

Looks like Sunday if I go, Saturday has too much going on. Will carry a couple S&W's for sale.

Everything seems OK, walking 2 miles again. Been just over 3 weeks since surgery. Waiting to start BCG treatments early September for 6 weeks, these are bladder treatments. The incontinence should go away in 3 months to a year!! Larry

My father and I went to the Berea show this morning. Crowd seemed a little lighter than usual as well as the number of table holders. Not very many S&W's that caught my eye. There was a Shorty Forty from the PC but it was missing the end label from the pebble grain case. I am always leery of these being "pieced" together so I passed on it. My dad was interested it a Model 1897 and Model 52 Winchester but also passed. So, not much to report, but I got to spend some time with my dad, always a good thing as he is getting up there in years.

Nice time spent with Dad Bill, hope we see you on October 4th, bring Dad with you!!

Muss, you have been wanting to attend, you like a couple others that attend have a long ride to the Bunch. We were in Yellowstone and Grand Tetons mid July, you live in a beautiful area in the USA. Bring a S&W buddy to pass the time. Glad to finally get to meet you.

Gonna be at Berea in the morning with a 14-7 6" and a 27-5 5", both nice. Larry

I'm bringing my BIL, but we're gonna pass the time Friday and Saturday evenings at the casino sports book. Also an excuse to stop in Canton on the drive in . . .

Berea was kinda slow, I mean people were walking around but easy to navigate the isles. Yeah, I brought both guns home unsold.

Muss, you're way ahead of me traveling with the BIL. There is a casino in Northfield Oh also mainly slots.

I put the word out to people and believe we will see some new people this time. There is no gun show October 4 th so there is hope. Can someone put our meeting on the SWCA website? This way we can let them know when we meet, never know. Larry

It was a nice write up, I have a copy of it. I was totally amazed when I saw Rex standing there in the kitchen and appreciate the recognition we got from him. He is one of the big SWCA members, Larry
