Need adapter plates for CORE pistol

I have recently purchased a M&p performance center core 40L ported and I was told it was a new unfired pistol but I noticed that it didn't have the extra back straps or the adapter plates I need for mounting a jpoint red dot, so then the counter guy asks around and finds out that it might be a refurbished model. Has anyone ever heard of this before? How can I get the plates? Does anyone have the adapter plate for a jpoint they would want to get rid of? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

If this chart is correct for your Performance Center Core you need Plate Type 2 and Type D screws. I have these and will not be using them. Send me your address and I will send them to you.

I thought mine was missing but the little plastic bag was stuck in the upper lid nearly hac to tear the lip up to get to them. Yours could be there. Don

I have checked under the foam and it isn't there .
I am also missing back straps but the medium on it feels great!

If they sold it as new, it should have all the parts. (period!)

If they tell you it's used, you should get a discount. (period!)

If it's used, there's is no warranty from S&W.

They said it was a refurbished model from smith and that is why it didn't have the back straps and plates with it. Does smith sell refurbished models to dealers? i purchased it for $650 plus tax.
