Need help with Model 10-5

I recently purchased a S&W Model 10-5 S/N D165xxx and have determined so far that it was manufactured in 1969.
I would appreciate some help identifying what I have. It seems like an unusual configuration for a model 10. It has a 2” barrel but the strange thing is it has a wide target trigger.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The only way to tell is a letter from Roy, my guess is the trigger was changed after it left the factory.

+1 from Gunar sailors, someone added a target trigger after the fact, my only worry is if you get a tight holster that trigger sticks out a little bit beyond the trigger guard and may snag. Just my opinion. Possiblity of this happening probably not, just something to keep in mind
