SOMETIMES this sort of thing is appreciated by owner/upper management, when it helps them. If it doesn't help them, and they don't want to hear anything except that everything is running just fine, 99% of the time you'll end up with egg on your face.

If the owner is a business man he will listen if he not shut up.
The danger in keeping all this to your self is if the boss finds out he may clean house, if he can without hurting himself,figuring all are guilty. I am a boss and if I got wind of this I would wonder why no other employee told me about it. I would have a hard time trusting anybody in the shop again and clean house as soon as I could. I need to be able to trust the people that work for me, if i can not they are history.

In a small shop there are no secrets. Be careful because the situation has serious potential to blow up in your face. Be prepared for the fallout. If you go to the owner and the parties involved are not fired, they can make your life miserable.

It may go against your sense of fare play and honesty but I'd keep my head down and do the job. Being in the middle of that is like playing with tar...the more you mess with it, the stickier it gets.
