In 2 weeks my lovely Wife of 21 years turns 50. (I'm only 45, she's my Cougar).
I need suggestions for presents for this momentous occasion. First, here's what I know is out. Jewelry never works. She wears her wedding ring and costume earrings. I've bought her a string of pearls and diamond earrings and she never wears them. I could never buy her clothes as I have no taste in that regard, she dresses me (and does a darn good job of it). I buy her flowers several times a month, so that's nothing special. She doesn't really wear perfume very often. I like to be romantic whenever possible. For Christmas one year I got her a full length mirror with a brass plaque with a poem I wrote inscribed on it. It said "Sandra's Magic Mirror" and the poem read as follows. "Behold your Beauty, Charm and Grace, the Image never lies, this Magic Mirror beckons you, to see you through MY eyes". She liked that.
I'm out of ideas. A trip would be nice and I may go for that, but being self employed it's hard to get away. Any good ideas would be appreciated.
And, no, she doesn't want a gun, I already suggested that, plus she knows she's gonna get all mine when I assume room temperature anyway.
HELP!!!
