New 617 Bad Hitch in the Trigger Pull

Received my M617 back from the factory this morning, 38 day turnaround, the papers shows repair trigger, repair yoke, cut forcing cone, repair extractor, The 2nd gunsmith must be a very good one, I could see that he was test shooting it, Took it to the range, shot one hundred rounds, It's all working Great.. Smooth S&W Trigger..

Nice! You will find that the 617 is near rifle accurate, if you have a steady enough (or bench) hold. I love mine. It, my 1947 Target 22, and my Single-Six and Single-Ten are the most used of all my guns. Great plinkers and target shooters. The 617 is also a great hunter, if you are so inclined.

Right, I'm to old to hunt, loved that back in the old days, and to old to hold a handgun steady, just now after over 50 years trying to get good with a handgun, just found a range last summer, I must need a lot more practice, lucky to do a 3 inch pattern at 15 yards, off hand..
