Hi there,
I am new to the site and fairly new to Smith & Wesson firearms. Trying to learn more. Right now I have a Model 66 Combat Magnum that I inherited from my Grandpa. It was his old backup gun. It is the 2.5" bbl version. I also have a Model 317 Kit Gun with a 3" bbl. That gun had me worried considering the original barrel split after only 69 rounds fired. Smith & Wesson took good care of me and got me a new barrel at their cost. They even paid shipping, can't complain about that.
