Night Hawk

Hey everyone,
I suppose I should introduce myself. The name is Night Hawk (not my real name, obviously). I was born/raised in southern Indiana and really love this area of the world.
I recently picked up a S&W 4566TSW. I've yet to take this beast out to the range, but I love how it feels. It's heavy, it's constructed well. It feels like I could trust my life to it within my home, or at the very least, smack an intruder over the head with it if it ever came to that, haha.
Anyhow, I'm a bit of a gun newb and this is my first .45, in fact I've never shot one before. I've shot both 9mm and .40, I've got a .22LR pistol and have shot a wide array of rifles but do never a .45 pistol. I hope I like it
