New Hi-Power clone

I know there are a lot of Hi-Power fans on the forum and I know there are a lot of folk's who own "clones" as well.
This may be of interest. EAA Corp has commissioned Girson (Turkey) to produce a clone of the Browning Hi-Power, the Girson MC P-35. MSRP $528.

I wonder if they will make them to take the old 13rd mags or if they will take newer, higher capacity, mags?
I've never owned anything other then FEG clones but they were a favorite of mine.

AFAIK, the 13 and 15 round mags are interchangeable, so it's not the frame it's the mag.

If I recall correctly, the name the French used for it during its development was "Grande Puissance" which some gun rag claimed is more correctly translated "High Fire Power".

So with the 15 round mag, it would certainly be a Higher Fire Power.
