So my S&W M&P collection is complete.

M&P 9 Full Size
Shield 9 (CC)
Bodyguard 380 (Pocket Carry)

Along with:

M&P15 Sport-II
M&P15-22

Just got the M&P 9 Full Size the other day. Went to range after and out about 60rds through it. Love this gun.

Purchased the Streamlight TLR-1 and a Blackhawk Epoch holster to accommodate the light mounted.

It's an awesome setup. This gun will be primarily as my nightstand gun. With shotgun is just a few steps away inside the closet. I'm going to try and find a way to mount this holster onto my nightstand or Bedframe. But don't want to permanently mount it. I love the holster cause it's a "locking" built into the holster where when you grab the gun there is a button where your thumb naturally rests and click pull and the gun is free.


Streamlight TLR-1 is one powerful awesome light.

Great choice, since got mine I added a few upgrades like NS, Hogues grip and apex fss kit along with the TLR-1HL. It is my fav gun.

Just put a Hogue on my 9FS but haven't had a chance to get to the range to try them out. How do you like them?

I really like it, it improves the grip, and it handles much better The first time I handled one with it wasn't my gun then I had to get me one.

M&P9 FS was my starting point.

Then a Pro Series, then another that says C.O.R.E. both 5"

Next is a 4.25" CORE

Good start, 3 of my 4 favorite pistols are my 5" 9mm CORE, M&P9C and my 9mm Shield (though my CZ-75B is still the best pistol I own).

Aside from an LCP2 (whenever my FFL can get one in stock) my next planned purchase is going to be a 4.25" M&P, just can't decide between the standard model, a Performance Center or another CORE.
