I am a long time gun enthusiast with limited experience with Smith and Wesson revolvers. I carried a Model 28 for about a year as a deputy sheriff and then a Model 686 for a few months as a highway patrol officer before we transitioned to Berettas.
I retired from active law enforcement in 2018 after a 38 year career. I was a deputy for four years, a highway patrol officer for 15 years and chief ranger of Wyoming State Parks for 19 years.
