New "old" Member

I am introducing myself as a new "old" member. I spent the late 90's learning about collecting firearms from one of my mentors (MG Mark A Bellini) while in the Army. In the early 2000's I became obsessed with S&W's and specifically law enforcement guns with provenance. I was a dealer for a few years and met a number of amazing people (some have passed on). I am excited to jump back into one of my favorite hobbies (collecting S&W's) and spending time with old friends.

I have spent the past several years with my amazing wife raising a couple of great kids/young adults. While not at football games, cross country meets, or other kid functions, I have been working hard in business with little time for sleep let alone pursuing any hobbies.

The kids are off to college, business is still consuming my time, but I have a good team as well. I have some time and resources to dip my toe back in the water. Looking forward to learning from new members and old timers, and hopefully I can provide some knowledge to the group.

I vaguely remember some guy who claimed to be from Louisiana and had a reg mag problem. Hopefully he sought treatment..... I don't think there is a cure, but it can go into remission!
