Just got a 4.5 new frontier armory trigger installed on my 15-22 and it is sweet. Super crisp breaks. If anyone is looking for a good affordable trigger, I highly recommend nfa

Wonder if this is the one he's referencing......

Some actual factory-supplied information would be nice. Is the trigger actually polymer, as the thread title suggests?

ive read decent things about their polymer lowers in the regular m&p15 section.

sorry, just spoke with my LGS that installed it and he said NFA doesn't sell the trigger separately. You have to be a NFA dealer to get it.

So if you can get one from a dealer, you'll be all good

NEW FRONTIER ARMORY LW-15 POLYMER LOWER REVIEW

The trigger group really, really surprised me.... I mean its plastic for Pete's sake. Pulling New Frontier Armory's Accu-Group trigger the first time blew me away with a crisp 4.5lb trigger pull was which is leaps above any standard DPMS parts trigger group (which by the way about 95% of the industry uses). Crisp, very little take, up, no grittiness, and almost no over-travel. I found myself wondering if I could use this trigger in my other AR builds and although I have not tried, the LW-15 is 100% compatible with any Mil-Spec lower parts so, if you wanted to drop in a Geissele trigger and aluminum take down pins or other parts, you could.

A buddy of mine has one of their lowers. Quality stuff. He is making a lightweight build. The plastic trigger is quite nice.

Not sure about the long term though. Either way, Im sure its better than the stock trigger.

I went with Spikes NiB Battle Trigger and JP yellow springs. Must say, thats a damn nice combo for under $100. That includes KNS pins too.
