New Sigma Frame CRACK?!? (pic)

thats great guys thanks alot, I just got a pic emailed from a guy on ebay selling lasers, and the same mark is on his but his is even worse, I wasnt too worried about a crack as I said I only fired 1 box of rounds thru it at a slow pace, and only noticed it. I had my local 'smith look at it but he was already bad mouthing the sigma before he even held it, he said it looked like a crack, but i guess we will find out if it is or not when I send it in. It could be a 1 shot crack that might happen with the factory test round perhaps. I was just concerned when I read about the old sigmas cracking and then i see what looks like a crack, I will post the pic from the ebay sellers gun his really looks bad!!!

here is the ebay laser seller, look at the rear pin, his looks worse as it goes to the rear, you cant see them in less you turn the gun just right, and if u look dead on it blends in, my bro said it might be from a jig they use and when they are hammering stuff together it leaves an impression, sounds logical, I was going to send the SW40ve in anyway to work out the gritty-ness, so I will just have them eyeball the "mark" when they have it, judging by the fact that it is the same "crack" on a number of sigmas strongly points to the fact that it is casting, it would seem hard to think an identical crack is appearing on mulitple guns in the same size, pattern, and shape, unless like I said it happens with the very first round fired off the bench, then it dosnt matter what we shoot thru it.

P.s.- took the sigma to a indoor shooting range, my first time with a pistol at a paper target... i shot 50 rnds in two different targets, at 7yrds(the first line at the range) both patterns ended up exactly the same, with only 5 shots out of the 9 ring, and the 5 shots were just barley into the "8", 50 rnds of federal 180, 50 rnds of WWB 180, both targets the same, I was pretty happy...I also was able to "know" when I was hitting the "8" due to shot antisipation and me closing my eyes or flinching, I hope to get better with more practice, as the gun shoots awsome, now its just me that needs work. This is an all stock SW40VE no mods done too, I will post a new thread with pics of targets soon.

Your gunsmith passes judgement on you and your gun purchases and is willing to take your money in return? What is wrong with this picture?
