how did it go? did you bring enough brass nuggets to enjoy the range time 
I'm headed out tomorrow with mine, and (i know this is S&W) but... got a new P226 Elite Platinum

Mine went great. Put 250 flawless rounds through it with no issues. The slide stop and safety both scratched some finish of on the left side like I have seen a few others mention. Shooting wise its fantastic. Will be my new EDC. My SA EMP is nice but this beats it

Very cool... glad to hear you had a great experience... just finished a nice cleaning session and application of slide grease to keep the moving parts working as planned...Thank GOD we live in America!
