When I first saw a CSX, I said that it was a nice looking gun and that I wanted to like it but I didn't get one for what ever reason, and bla bla bla.
So here is my New to me CSX, yes it's used.
The trigger is kinda heavy, it has a scratch on the right side, and the 12 round mag sleeve had supper glue all over it, but I got a good deal on it. I learned some things by taking it apart and cleaning it. I figured out how remove the left side release.
1) Line up the pin in the right slide release with the letter "H" in the word "With" on the right side of the slide
2) Push out the pin to remove the left slide release.
3) Remove the slide.
I used a Glock pin punch 🤪

Not sure about that sleeve but, I will not be super gluing my sleeve to the baseplate. If you understand that it is a easily concealable defensive weapon, you should enjoy it. If you are looking for a PC Smith and Wesson then you will be disappointed like some others here on different threads.

I would buy some new 12 rnd mags.

Yes, agreed, I'll be getting another 12 round mag.
But for now, the mag works, I was able to removed most of the Super Glue.
I do understand why the previous owner glued the sleeve in place though.
As far as the PC SW goes, it is one of many and it is a SW, I will be OK with that. I'm not trying to do a mag dump in 1.2 seconds or going into IPSC with it.
😎

I glued all of mine. I can easily pry them off and reglue as necessary, but the mobile sleeve was a no-go.
Swapped the front sight, shot it a bunch (1600 rounds now) and it is good to go.

The previous owner did a sloppy job gluing the sleeve. The glue migrated into the mag, not good.

Gotcha. I am not so careless, but there has to be a way to redesign this mag and make it not need the sleeve. I love the extra grip I get with the 12 round magazines, but hate the sliding sleeve.

If I was going to secure the mag sleeve, I'd use RTV.
RTV would be easy to remove if you need to take part the mag.

Well, now my wife is making comments that she wants the CSX!

Oh, yeah. They could make the base plate and sleeve an intergraded Locking piece. I suppose this will be part of the 2.0

Did it change the POI from the factory sight?

It says it's overall height is .230". The factory sight appears to measure .205".
