Newbie Grandma from Washington

I am new to handguns and new to S&W. Being new to "everything firearms" I gleem a lot from reading this forum so I joined so I can post.

After shooting a bunch of handguns I determined I liked shooting the M&P line (9mm full size and compact). I purchased the M&P Shield 9mm without ever being able to touch one or shoot one (since they seemed to be in short supply), going on what others had posting on the web. I am happy with it.
