An update, I have shot 500 rounds and they all went bang so I guess they fixed the problem.
My only complaint is the smooth trigger I had is now gone. It use to pull very clean and was very consistent. Now the pull is smooth up to the last 1/4". The last quarter inch of pull feels like it is 3lbs heavier. I am going to leave well enough alone. Kind of disappointed that this "performance Center" $1000,00 + gun's trigger is not nearly as nice as my buddies stock Ruger.
