$1K before all the fees, or after?
There’s usually about an 18% difference.
I love Gunbroker because l find stuff there I’d NEVER see at a gunshop in my part of the world. The fees stink tho. I recently bought a like new 1983, six inch 686. It was just under a grand, after the smoke cleared, which is too much. But I got what I wanted.
SS, I have your new gun’s big brother. The fabulous 625-4. Gosh, I guess that gun is 35 years old by now. Coincidentally, I took it out just yesterday and fired it for the first time in a long time. I run 200XTPs at 1000 fps. I shot sitting/braced, Elmer Keith style, as I e done for years. Elmer knew his stuff. Anyway, I shot at a 1.75 X 1.75 black square drawn on a paper plate. Hit it all six times. 27 yards. Don’t ask me to do it again. I had the good sense to quit.
You’re going to love that 610 no matter what you paid for it. The old 610s, and 625s…….better than money, all day, every day.
